How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who Answers Your Request
When you reach out through Thoughtreligion Floor Coating, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the one who talks with you about your floor. They give the estimate and do the work. Thoughtreligion Floor Coating only makes the introduction.
Call hours vary by provider, so availability can differ from one to the next.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give you a real quote.
- Where is the floor: garage, basement, porch or workshop?
- About how many square feet is it?
- Does it have cracks, stains, oil spots or old paint?
- Does water ever show up after storms or snowmelt?
- Which finish are you thinking about?
Photos help too. Do not worry if you cannot answer everything. A good provider will explain what they need to see.
Questions to Put to a Provider
Ask before you commit. These questions bring useful answers.
- Is the quote in writing, and what does it include? A good answer lists prep, materials and cleanup.
- How will you prepare the concrete? Look for grinding or similar surface prep, plus crack repair.
- What happens if moisture is a concern? A careful provider will mention testing.
- What product will you use, and why?
- Do you carry insurance, and what warranty applies? Ask to see the details on paper.
Be cautious if someone will not put a price in writing, pushes you to decide fast, or skips talking about prep.
The Decision Is Yours
You do not have to hire the first provider who calls. Compare quotes. Take your time. Pick the person who explains things clearly and treats your questions with respect.
